We arrange the pickup — we'll confirm the pickup and drop details with you.

Your car comes to GIG — once it arrives, it goes through our normal process: Inspect → Diagnose → Explain → Repair.

We bring it back — once the work is complete, we'll arrange the drop-back with you.

WHAT DOESN'T CHANGE

Pickup and drop is a convenience. It doesn't change how we look after your car.

Your car is still inspected first. If we find something that needs attention, we'll explain it. And no repair begins until you've approved it.
