ABOUT GIG
Built by people who love cars. For people who expect better.
GIG — The Great Indian Garage — is an independent luxury car workshop in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
We started GIG because we felt car servicing had become far too complicated for the person who actually owns the car.
You hand over a car you care about. Then comes the waiting. The calls. The vague updates. The uncertainty about what's actually wrong — and whether you really need to spend what you're being told to spend.
We wanted to do things differently.
At GIG, you talk directly to the people responsible for your car. Every vehicle is personally overseen from inspection to delivery. We don't believe in hiding behind service advisors, call centres or technical jargon.
We work on Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, Lexus, Mini and other premium vehicles, serving customers across Hyderabad.
Our Story
GIG started with a simple frustration:
Why is it so hard to know what's actually happening to your own car?
We built the workshop we would want to take our own cars to.
That means proper diagnosis instead of guesswork. Clear explanations instead of jargon. Photos and videos instead of “trust us.” And honest advice — even when the right advice is not to spend money yet.
Because fixing cars is only part of what we do.
We're here to give you peace of mind.
What Makes GIG Different
You deal directly with the owner.
Your car isn't just another job card. Every vehicle is personally overseen from drop-off to pickup. If you have a question, you can ask the person who actually knows what's happening.
We genuinely care about cars.
GIG isn't a franchise or a volume-driven workshop. It's a business built by people who are into cars and care about doing the work properly.
We tell you what you need to know.
We'll show you what's wrong, explain what it means and tell you what needs attention now — and what can wait. No unnecessary repairs. No pressure.
Premium work without the dealership experience you don't want.
You shouldn't have to choose between quality and fair pricing. We aim to deliver dealership-level workmanship with better communication, transparency and value.
